For first-time applicants direct from secondary school. Sit JAMB UTME with DIT as your first choice.
For applicants holding A-Levels, IJMB, JUPEB, NABTEB Advanced, C&G Advanced, or an ND from a recognised polytechnic.
A minimum of five credits at SSCE, NECO or NABTEB, obtained in no more than two sittings, must include English Language and Mathematics. Subject-specific requirements (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Biology) are stated on each department's page.
UTME applicants must register with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, select DIT as their first-choice institution [School code to be confirmed], and score a minimum of 160.
Applicants holding A-Levels (2 papers), IJMB, JUPEB, NABTEB Advanced, City & Guilds Advanced, or a recognised diploma may apply for direct entry to ND-2 or HND-1 depending on subject.
All admitted candidates must present a certificate of good conduct from their last institution and complete a routine medical screening on resumption.
